3> Dharamshala has also right of refusal of entry if booking is in violation of their rules.
4> Check In /Check Out Time should be as mentioned above in Dharamshala Details.
5> There is a mandatory room security deposit charged and refunded by the Dharamshala at the time of Check In.
6> Please note that the person who is booking and all the guests accompany should be a member of Saurashtra Leuva Patel Samaj if you have selected the room type which is for Saurashtra Leuva Patel Samaj members. Dharamshala has full rights to decide on the same.
7> As of now our system is not allowing users to make any modification / cancellation of booking.
8> A booking confirmation is an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your request for accommodation. However, it does not guarantee accommodation. It is subject to Dharamshala management’s modification / cancellation, and the YatraDham.Org management cannot be held responsible or liable for any such changes. Mutual understanding is the way to go.
